Find Your Happetite
Understanding your current eating patterns is the first step to finding your happetite. Every person has their own particular eating style and all are functional: Normal eating is functional. Disordered eating is functional. Eating disorders are functional. However some eating styles also create a lot of trouble physically, psychologically and spiritually.
